As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for executing financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger reviews, forecasting and budgeting, statutory filings, statutory & tax audit process, filing annual return.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting processes including revenue recognition, cash management, expense reporting,



and Bank reconciliation.
- Perform general accounting functions including preparation and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and sub-ledger reconciliations
- Participate in the annual financial audit process including interactions with auditors, providing reconciliation statements
- Ensure that all financial reporting, auditing requirements, and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
- Prepare and file local and state level tax returns, working with external tax consultants to ensure accuracy
- Manage fixed assets and prepaid assets using Netsuite’s application
- Experience in preparing & filing of GST monthly & annual return filing.
- Good knowledge in 15CA & 15CB documentation
- Experience in handling statutory & tax audits
- Oversee cash management, transfers, and reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of internal financial statements and reporting and preparation of other external compliance filings such as annual reports.
- Process payroll monthly basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned such as Intercompany work related

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Proficient in NetSuite application
- Preferably worked in GreytHR payroll software
- Able to work both independently and with minimal supervision
- Prompt on work responsibilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
- 5 years of accounting experience
