Job description

We are looking for a Lead Accountant to join our Central Accounting Team in Hyderabad. This is an amazing opportunity to work on Global Payroll Accounting/ Global Audit/Balance sheet Reconciliation/Global Reporting. The team consists of 10 Members and is reporting to the Manager, Accounting. We have a great skill set in GL accounting and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in R2R, Blackline reconciliation, previous experience on NetSuite or any Global ERP and USGAAP experience(preferred). About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least 4 to 6 years of experience in Global Accounting functions for General Accounting and Reconciliations Expertise in the preparation and review of payroll accrual journals, Benefit accruals, knowledge, Global Pension accruals, Bonus Accruals, Severance Accounting, and Intercompany accounting. Advanced computer literacy in M.S. Office products Especially in MS Excel. Should have worked with Any accounting ERP like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite (Preferred) and Blackline (Preferred) Excellent Verbal and Written Communication (must) Masters degree in Finance or related degree with at least 4 years of experience in global accounting.



It would be great if you also had . . . Working exposure with organizations having Global Presence. Good in Accounting and Good Analytical skills. Good Listener. Proven track records in General accounting activities, Reconciliation, reporting, and Month closure activities. Proactive, willing to learn, adaptable, clear in accounting concepts, approachable, Team Player, Self-Starter, and timeliness, all would be the key factor to succeed. What will you be doing in this role? People cost Accounting (Payroll). Preparation and review of payroll accrual journals, Benefit accruals, With-Holding Tax entries, and Wire payment journals. Pension accruals, Bonus Accruals, Severance Accounting. SOP Preparation. Perform and review Balance Sheet Reconciliations in Blackline. Mentoring, and providing training to new hires on the Clarivate group policies and procedures to be followed for performing payroll activities. Internal & External audits. Any additional tasks assigned per process requirement from time to time and need to be completed as per the assigned timelines.
