We are looking for a candidate who will have a head for numbers, experience with MS Excel, and strong analytical skills. The Junior Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor/Director and will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (If functions, Vlookup, Pivot table, Conditional formatting)
- Highly Proficient in the use of accounting software like Tally ERP 9.
- Customer management
- Vendor management
- Analyzing past records
- Bank visit for cheque drop/statement/cheque book issue or any other issue
- Knowledge of GST to be able to pass GST entries like payment of GST.
- Knowledge of TDS of income tax. Like what TDS rate will be applicable under which section. How to pass TDS entry in tally.

Skills required
- Proven experience as a junior accountant
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Some experience working with general ledgers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
- Able to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Able to maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- IPCC pass out preferred
Experience - 1 year (Preferred)
