Investigator invoice relating to the study and Service Invoice, timely closer of books of account on monthly basis.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

- To ensure that all accounting functions viz. Inter co. Invoicing viz. Management fees,



Pass Through (PT), Investigator payments (IP), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash/bank books, Payroll, Journal vouchers are maintained and accounted.
- To be responsible on monthly for various balance sheet account reconciliations.
- To ensure maximum utilization from accounting package process transactional entries in accounting in Dynamics 365.
- To be responsible for accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, subjected to Statutory Audit and local compliance requirements if any.
- To Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- To ensure timely closing of books of account on monthly basis.
- To work on special projects and analyses as requested.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience
- Hands on experience with financial systems such as Dynamics preferred or equivalent ERP experience
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office
- Experience in General Ledger functions.
- Additional experience in Audit and International accounting
- Excellent communication skills with Proficiency in English
