Job Details

- Maintaining complete Day to Day Books of Accounts.
- Passing Purchase and Expenses Entry.
- Generate Sales invoice, delivery note, and Eway bill
- Booking of incomes, expenses, debit notes and credit notes, etc.
- Complete responsibility for the Payable, Receivable process.
- Thorough understanding of invoice Process.
- Monthly MIS report
- Passing Journal Voucher and Expenses.
- Petty cash management.
- Vendor payment with Bank receipts & payments entries.




- Daily Bank reconciliation and Coordination with Bank.
- Daily Ledger scrutiny and vendor ledger reconciliation and highlighting the issues.
- Basic understanding of TDS and TCS deduction.
- TDS Payment and return filing.
- Understanding of GST input, Output, and credit set off, etc.
- Monthly GST return filing with GSTR-2A and 2B reconciliation.
- Professional Tax payment and return filing.
- Good in Tally, MS Excel, and other MS office tools.
- Inter-company and individual reconciliation
- Monthly physical stock verification and inventory management
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
