Grade 4

Primarily responsible to monitor and analyze global Travel & Expense reimbursement

Responsibilities:

Audit and monitor Global employee expense reports and identify, analyze, and report potential fraud and non-compliance to Policy.

Provide complete and consistent responses in a timely manner to the TE employee inquiry / Stake holders.

Assist with internal and external audits, projects and initiatives for the travel and expense program.

Work with Global Travel team,



AP Manager and T&E; Supervisor to identify and implement process and system improvement initiatives and industry best practice

Monitor workflow queues for exceptions and work with Processors for appropriate resolution.

Key Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in Concur, Cognos, AppZen
2. Hands on experience in Concur, Cognos and SAP
3. Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
4. Target oriented and team player
5. Basic analytical skills
6. Good interpersonal and communication (Written and Verbal)
