Qualification & Experience:


- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Soft Skills Training


Job Description:


- Responsible for the end -to -end development of candidates in the subject

- Maintain records of daily class attendance and monitor class progress

- Conduct theory and practice sessions, including field visits

- Submit all reports in a timely manner to the center head and headquarters

- Communicate regularly with the center manager and headquarters

- Deliver effective training, both theoretical and practical

- Ensure 100% attendance of the batch

- Ensure an optimum passing percentage

- Actively participate in placement activities

- Guide mobilizers in identifying the right candidates

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Knowledge and ability to use different training methodologies aligned with the profile

- Presentable and a motivator

- Good people management and interpersonal skills

- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and contemporary training techniques

- Ability to manage the full training cycle
