We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday
Integration Consultant with strong technical expertise in Workday
integrations and reporting. This is a hands -on contract role for an experienced
qualified who can design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize complex Workday
integrations across multiple functional areas.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Workday HCM
data structures, integration frameworks, and security, along with strong
stakeholder communication and problem -solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design,
develop, and maintain complex Workday integrations (inbound and outbound).

- Build
and manage integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio,
PECI/PICOF.

- Develop
and consume REST/SOAP APIs for external system integrations.

- Create
Advanced and Composite Reports, including Calculated Fields.

- Implement
secure integrations using domain/role -based security and integration
system users.

- Manage
file -based integrations using SFTP, PGP encryption, and X.509
certificates.

- Work
with JSON, XML, XSLT transformations, and error -handling frameworks.

- Support
multiple Workday functional areas such as Payroll, Absence/Time Tracking,
Talent, etc.

- Participate
in SDLC activities including design documentation, unit testing, SIT, UAT,
and release management.

- Troubleshoot
production issues and ensure high system reliability.

- Collaborate
with HR, Payroll, Finance,



and external vendors for integration
requirements.


Must -Have Skills

- 8+
years of total IT experience, with 4–6+ years dedicated to Workday
integrations.

APIs

- Advanced
Workday Reporting (Advanced/Composite Reports).

- Strong
experience with Calculated Fields and integration security.

- Solid
understanding of Workday HCM data model.

- Experience
across at least two functional areas (Absence/Time, Payroll, Talent,
etc.).

- Expertise
in:

- SFTP,
PGP encryption

- X.509
certificates

- JSON/XML

- XSLT

- Integration
error handling frameworks

- Strong
understanding of SDLC, documentation standards, testing strategies, and
release management.

- Excellent
debugging, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.


Good -to -Have Skills

- Experience
with Workday Extend and Prism Analytics.

- Knowledge
of BIRT layouts and Document Transformation.

- Familiarity
with iPaaS tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration
Services.

- Experience
working with Payroll providers such as ADP, NGA, Safeguard, Alight, etc.

- Exposure
to HR Tech ecosystems (ATS, Benefits, LMS integrations).

- Understanding
of Workday security domains and role -based access controls.

- Scripting/development
experience in Python, Java, or PowerShell for automation.

- Experience
supporting global implementations and multi -country payroll requirements.
