We are
seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years of
hands -on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise -scale
solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal
candidate will lead architecture design, define platform governance, ensure
adherence to best practices, and deliver scalable, secure, and high -performance
ServiceNow implementations aligned with business objectives.

Key
Responsibilities

- Lead end -to -end architecture
design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

- Define platform strategy,
roadmap, and governance framework.

- Design scalable and
maintainable solutions across core ServiceNow modules, including:

- ITSM

- ITOM

- ITBM /
SPM

- HRSD

- CSM

- CMDB
& Discovery

- GRC
(Good to have)

- Provide technical leadership
and architectural guidance to development teams.

- Establish development
standards, enforce coding best practices, and review customizations.

- Drive enterprise integration
architecture using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third -party tools.

- Architect and optimize CMDB
data models, Service Mapping, and Discovery processes.

- Ensure platform performance,
scalability, security, and compliance.

- Lead instance upgrades,
migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with business
and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical
architecture.





- Mentor developers,
administrators, and technical leads.


Required
Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of relevant
experience in ServiceNow Development & Architecture.

- Strong expertise in:

- ServiceNow
platform architecture

- Scoped
applications

- Flow
Designer & Integration Hub

- Business
Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs

- Performance
tuning and optimization

- Deep understanding of CMDB
architecture and data governance.

- Experience with
enterprise -level system integrations.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript
and ServiceNow scripting.

- Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication and
stakeholder management skills.


Preferred
Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified
Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred

- ServiceNow Certified
Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM / ITOM / HRSD

- ITIL Certification

- Experience in multi -instance
architecture strategy

- Exposure to cloud platforms
such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
Platform (GCP)

Education
