Requirements

- Proficient in administering Windows 11 OS with strong capabilities in user-level troubleshooting.

- Skilled in providing end-user support with hands-on experience in Active Directory, DNS, and hardware/software diagnostics.

- In-depth understanding of print management systems, including network printers and print servers.

- Practical experience in Access Point configuration and troubleshooting, including RF coverage basics, SSID access, and authentication protocols.

- Familiar with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira for managing the full ticket lifecycle.

- Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

- Capable of working independently and providing mentorship to junior engineers when needed.
