Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with 3–4
years of experience and strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA (RISE or GROW)
environments. The ideal candidate will have hands -on experience in multiple
end -to -end implementations and support projects, along with the ability to lead
small development teams and collaborate effectively with cross -functional
stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design,
develop, and enhance custom programs, reports, interfaces, conversions,
and forms (RICEFW) in SAP S/4HANA.

- Lead
ABAP development activities during full lifecycle implementation and
support projects.

- Collaborate
with functional consultants (SD, MM, FI, PP) to translate business
requirements into technical specifications.

- Perform
code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and mentor junior
developers.

- Handle
performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom developments.

- Coordinate
with BASIS, Fiori, and integration teams for transports and deployments.

- Allocate
tasks, track progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain technical
documentation.


Must -Have Skills & Experience

- Core
ABAP: Reports, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Enhancements, User Exits, BAPIs,
BADIs, ALV,



BDC, RFCs.

- S/4HANA
ABAP: CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, New ABAP Syntax.

- Hands -on
experience in 2–3 S/4HANA implementations and 4–5 support projects.

- Robust
debugging, performance optimization, and issue -resolution skills.

- Experience
in task allocation, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.

- Strong
understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and integration points.

- Cross -module
coordination experience with SD, MM, FI, PP.


Key Skills Required

- Advanced
ABAP development expertise across classical and up-to-date ABAP.

- Experience
with RISE with SAP / GROW with SAP project environments.

- Knowledge
of SAP integration platforms such as CPI and BTP.

- Ability
to work in collaborative, cross -functional teams.


Good to Have

- Exposure
to SAP Fiori/UI5 developments.

- Knowledge
of SAP Workflows, ALE/IDOC, and integration scenarios.

- Familiarity
with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.

- SAP
ABAP or S/4HANA Development Certification (optional).
