Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical
Architect with solid hands -on development expertise and solution design
experience to support large -scale enterprise Salesforce implementations. The
ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce customization,
integrations, DevOps practices, and architecture, and will work closely with
cross -functional and global teams in a fast -paced environment.

Overall Summary

- 7+
years of strong Salesforce development experience with at least 3+
years in technical architecture and solution design.

- Ability
to work with global teams across multiple time zones (non -IST
working hours may be required).

- Quick
learner with the ability to adapt and perform in a fast -paced, dynamic
environment.


Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical architecture and hands -on development leadership for
large enterprise Salesforce implementations.

- Design
and validate end -to -end Salesforce solutions across multiple domains.

- Create
scalable designs aligned with short -term and long -term business and IT
strategies.

- Design
and develop custom integration solutions between Salesforce and
internal/external systems.

- Evaluate
emerging technologies and provide architecture recommendations.

- Provide




technical guidance and mentorship to cross -functional teams.

- Collaborate
with business stakeholders to understand sales and contract processes.

- Design
and implement integrations between Salesforce and cloud -hosted or
client -hosted systems.

- Ensure
adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, performance, and
scalability standards.
