For this project we’re looking for current or former Equity Research professionals who want to contribute towards the direction of AI in equity research workflows.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 2 years of experience in at a top tier investment bank or hedge fund

- Outstanding academic performance from a top tier university

- Deep expertise in fundamental research, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling

- Proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet, or other financial tools

- Effective communication skills to articulate investment ideas clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

- Evaluate financial models and AI-generated content for accuracy and depth in hedge fund / equity research domains.





- Analyze financial statements, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and macroeconomic factors, and prepare domain-specific reports.

- Build detailed financial models, including forecasting earnings, cash flows, and valuation metrics.

- Develop evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of AI-generated financial tasks and solutions.

- Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and domain relevance in training data.

- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and contribute to the continuous improvement of AI model performance.
