Requirements

- Design, configure, and maintain IAM solutions with a primary focus on PingFederate.

- Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Federation, and Identity Federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, WS-Fed).

- Manage user authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions to align IAM solutions with security and compliance standards.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and integration patterns.





- Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM practices and processes.

- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with hands-on expertise in PingFederate.

- Strong knowledge of SSO, Federation standards, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos).

- Experience in designing and supporting IAM integrations with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting IAM issues and managing production environments.

- Familiarity with security compliance standards (GDPR, ISO, NIST, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
