Responsibilities:
- Independently execute complex development tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.
- Actively contribute to team discussions, offering insights and creative solutions to technical and operational challenges.
- Collaborate on identifying and resolving application issues, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.
- Support the documentation of application workflows, processes, and system configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards, ensure maintainability, and promote best practices.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
- Solid understanding of IT service management processes and industry frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Demonstrated experience in application development, configuration, and customization within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript, or Server -Side Scripting).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands -on experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
