Summary:
The Senior Oracle ERP Leader plays a pivotal role in driving large -scale Oracle Fusion ERP transformation initiatives across multiple business functions and industries within the organization. With extensive experience in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS implementations, this individual is responsible for leading complex project lifecycles—from scoping and architecture design to execution, support, and continuous improvement. The role ensures seamless alignment between business objectives and ERP system capabilities, fosters stakeholder engagement at all levels, and drives operational excellence through standardized methodologies, risk mitigation, and resource optimization. This leader also shapes the future of the ERP practice by advancing best -in -class tools, knowledge sharing, and team development, while providing strategic oversight to both internal teams and third -party vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver large -scale, complex Oracle Fusion ERP projects, including roll -outs, change requests (CRs), support tickets, and system implementations across diverse business units and industries.
- Define project scope, system architecture, integration interfaces, and implementation approach; manage project documentation, standards, security roles, deliverables, timelines, and risk management frameworks.
- Ensure consistent alignment between business stakeholders and ERP system capabilities through proactive communication, regular status updates, and team-oriented decision -making.
- Engage with senior executives to secure buy -in on key ERP decisions, system enhancements, and strategic changes.
- Lead ERP pursuit activities, contribute to pricing strategies, manage SLAs for support tickets and CRs,
and oversee multiple project timelines and delivery quality.
- Track and optimize project execution, solution design, interface development, and resource allocation across concurrent initiatives.
- Develop and enhance ERP practice methodologies, tools, industry benchmarks, and knowledge base to support continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a high -performing ERP team, including performance coaching and career development guidance; collaborate with third -party vendors to ensure delivery excellence.
- Oversee ERP staffing strategies, including recruitment, retention, workforce planning, and vendor management.
- Provide hands -on leadership and support to local and global ERP delivery teams to ensure consistent delivery and operational agility.
