Must-Have: The candidate should have at least 6 years of relevant experience in Selenium with Playwright.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer with expertise in Playwright and Selenium to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building and enhancing automation frameworks using Playwright, Java, Cucumber, Spring, JavaScript, Serenity reporting, and Cypress. The candidate should also have experience in end-to-end functional testing, conducting test design walkthroughs and reviews, and working with automation frameworks gained through large-scale projects. Additionally, basic knowledge of Oracle, Java Design Principles, and J2EE is required. The candidate should be comfortable operating in an agile development team and have a passion for test-driven development. Experience with AI tools and managing the environment, and building/deployment activities is a plus.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in Selenium with Playwright

- Experience in building and enhancing automation frameworks using Playwright, Java, Cucumber, Spring, JavaScript, Serenity reporting, Selenium, and Cypress





- Understanding of data needs for testing and the ability to liaise with relevant parties for data requirements

- End-to-end functional testing experience

- Ability to conduct test design walkthroughs and reviews

- Basic knowledge of Oracle, Java Design Principles, and J2EE

- Comfortable operating in an agile development team

- Passion for test-driven development

- Experience with AI tools is a plus

- Working experience of writing BDD Feature files with clear understanding of BDD/TDD concepts

- Experience in managing environment and build/deployment activities

- Understanding of complex SQL queries, Unix, and Windows
