We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive (Post-Sales) who will be the single point of contact for our customers after the sales closure, ensuring a smooth and satisfying journey until project completion and handover.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after project confirmation.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Site Execution, Accounts, and other internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Keep customers informed about project progress through regular updates.
- Schedule client meetings, site visits, and review sessions.
- Track customer commitments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.
- Escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collect customer feedback and support post-handover relationship management.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Client Servicing, CRM, or Project Coordination.
- Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate,



or a similar industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam .
- Robust interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and coordinate across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
