Job Role The Plant Managerwill be responsible for leading the overall operations,performance, and strategic development of the company'smanufacturing facility in India. This role oversees production,quality, engineering, supply chain coordination, organizationaldevelopment, and operational excellence initiatives while ensuringalignment with corporate objectives and business growth plans. KeyResponsibilities Lead overall plant operations and execute businessstrategies to achieve operational, financial, and manufacturingperformance targets. Manage production, engineering, quality,maintenance, supply chain, and operational functions to ensureefficient factory performance. Drive continuous improvementinitiatives focused on productivity, quality enhancement, costoptimization, safety, and operational excellence. Develop andstrengthen local management teams, performance management systems,succession planning, and organizational capability. Overseemanufacturing planning, resource allocation, capacity utilization,and production scheduling to meet customer requirements. Ensurecompliance with quality standards, customer specifications,regulatory requirements, and company operating procedures. Buildand maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers,and strategic business stakeholders. Coordinate closely withheadquarters regarding business performance, operational updates,strategic initiatives, and organizational development plans.Monitor key performance indicators, identify operational risks, andimplement corrective actions to improve overall plant performance.Support business expansion, localization initiatives, and long-termmanufacturing capability development within the India operation.Requirements Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering,Industrial Engineering,



Manufacturing Engineering, ProductionEngineering, Operations Management, Business Management, or relateddisciplines. Minimum 6 years of experience within precisionmanufacturing, metal stamping, automotive components, electricalcomponents, tooling, die manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, orrelated industrial environments. Proven experience managingmanufacturing facilities, factory operations, productiondepartments, or large-scale industrial operations. Strongleadership experience managing cross-functional manufacturingteams, department heads, operational managers, and technicalpersonnel. Solid understanding of stamping processes, manufacturingsystems, production planning, operational excellence, cost control,and factory performance management. Experience overseeing qualitymanagement systems, customer requirements, supplier coordination,and industrial supply chain operations. Strong leadership,decision-making, organizational management, and business executioncapabilities. Excellent communication, stakeholder management,negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability andexperience managing complex manufacturing challenges. Experienceworking within multinational manufacturing organizations orinternational reporting structures is highly preferred.Professional fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory forheadquarters communication and cross-border collaboration.Professional fluency in English is required for businessoperations, reporting, and multinational stakeholder management.Native or qualified fluency in Hindi is required for local teamleadership and stakeholder engagement.
