JobPurposeThe positionwill develop and oversee a group of partners who provide servicesto customers. In this role, you will manage all aspects of VendorPartner Programs including: new partner recruitment, monitorpartner adherence to program requirements, manage day-to-daypartner requests, assist with partner support during theauthorization and legal agreement process, provide partner trainingand enablement, connect partners with engagement opportunities,oversee the Vendor Partner business model transformation, as wellas monitoring partner success and overall vendor programeffectiveness.ResponsibilitiesOwnand maintain subscription renewal rates at assignedtargetManage and maintain existing partnerchannelDevelop adequate Product and Programsubject matter expertise to train and lead ISR on subscriptionlicense, contract renewals, onboarding process, credit onboarding,vendor tool enablement, internal tools enablement and supportticketsResponsible for driving Partnerprograms with sales team for recent partnerrecruitmentLead the sales executives on managethe partner channel driving revenueEstablishand maintain relationships with key partner accounts: C-Level,Principals, Stakeholders, and AffiliatedInstructorsTake weekly sales review and trackmonthly progress againstAFC.OtherEducation, Experience, Certification, andKSAExperiencein Sales and Business DevelopmentProven trackrecord on achieving business and revenuetargets.Experience in managing P&L; withthe focus on driving profitablebusiness.Occasional non-standard work hours orovertime as business requires.Frequent TravelRequired (50%).At TechData, a TD SYNNEX Company, our values guide everything we do:Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all,We Do the Right Thing.
