The role will be based in Bengaluru. For more information, click here.What You Will DoDrive Operational ExcellenceEnsure completion of assignment volume with accuracy and TAT in line with SLAAdherence of hybrid WFO/WFH modelEnsure all processes are compliant with internal and external audit requirements.Process Automation: Performance manage automation, identify performance issues through root cause and corrective action analysis to maintain and improve automation effectiveness. Use process,
