Public Speaking & Debate Teacher (Remote – US Timezone)

Be part of our mission to launch a next-generation K–8 Public Speaking platform for the US market, founded by leaders from Google, MIT, IIM, and Cult.fit

We are hiring Public Speaking & Debate Teachers to help children become confident speakers, critical thinkers, and effective communicators.

You'll teach students how to organize their thoughts, deliver engaging speeches, participate in debates, and communicate with confidence through fun, interactive activities.

Classes are 1:1 live sessions with US-based students (Grades 2–8).

?‍? Role Responsibilities

- Teach 1:1 live/ Group Public Speaking & Debate sessions (50 minutes) to students aged 8–14
- Help students improve confidence, articulation, voice modulation, and presentation skills
- Teach speech writing, storytelling, persuasive speaking, impromptu speaking, and structured debates
- Encourage critical thinking, active listening, and respectful discussions
- Share brief student progress updates after classes





✅ Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience teaching Public Speaking and/or Debate to children
- Experience teaching US-based students
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear international accent
- Solid classroom management and student engagement skills
- Comfortable conducting live online classes
- Experience preparing students for speech or debate competitions is a plus

⏰ Required Availability (US Timezone)

Applicants must be available for either of the following time slots:

- 12-4am IST
- 4-8am IST

? Compensation

- ₹400–₹650 per regular session
- ₹1,000 per trial class
- Each session is 50 minutes (1:1/ Group)
- Opportunity for long-term engagement based on performance
