To supervise and control all paving related activities on projects, managing the gang, planning the work as per client and Colas requirements, to achieve the minimum outputs required, with regards to the project scope, ensuring all specifications and quality parameters are achieved, in a safe and cost-efficient manner
5 to 10 years experience in the role
UAE License is must
UAE experience is must in asphalt supervising
Relevant Asphalt Qualification is essential
Engineering background
Relevant SHE qualification / training
Computer skills (AutoCAD & MS Office)
Experience of a similar role or workplace.
At least 5 years operational/supervisory or managerial experience in asphalt contracting operations.
Experienced dealing with internal and external stakeholders (workforce and clients)
