Job Title: Sales Consultant

Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in software sales or insurance sales , excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. The role requires frequent client meetings and travel to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and business conferences as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Sales or Insurance Sales .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
