N nAs we continue to grow, we're looking for a Video Editor who can help shape how our brand shows up across social media, performance marketing, website content, and creator collaborations. N n Role Description NWe're looking for a VideoEditor who understands modern content and knows how to turn ideas into engaging, high-performing videos. N nThis role goes beyond basic editing. We're looking for someone who understands storytelling, pacing, retention, trends, and performance. Someone who knows why people stop scrolling and how to keep them watching. N nYou'll work closely with the marketing, growth, and content teams to create content across Instagram, Meta Ads, YouTube, website assets, product launches, and creator-led campaigns. N n Responsibilities Nn Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms. N Create performance-driven ad creatives focused on engagement, watch time, and conversions. N Edit founder-led content, educational content, testimonials, UGC, and product-focused videos. N Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual enhancements that improve storytelling and retention. N Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets. N Work with AI-generated visuals, stock footage, and creator content to develop compelling narratives. N Stay updated on contenttrends, editing styles,



platform best practices, and emerging creative formats. N Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround times. Nn n Qualifications Nn 1–3 years of video editing experience, preferably with consumer brands, D2C brands, content creators, or creative agencies. N Robust portfolio showcasing short-form content, performance creatives, and social-first storytelling. N Proficiency in PremierePro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software. N Strong understanding ofpacing, hooks, audience retention, and content optimisation. N Experience working withsocial media platforms and platform-specific content formats. N Attention to detail andability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Nn n What We're Looking For Nn A strong sense ofstorytelling and content instinct. N Someone who understandsboth branding and performance marketing. N Experience editing content that feels native to Instagram, YouTube, and modern social platforms. N Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Nano Banana, Runway, and other creative technologies. N Ability to independently turn rough ideas into polished, engaging content.
