The role involves creating a structured ecosystem of community groups, coordinating with field teams, onboarding community administrators, managing communication workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. - Maintain simple recordsof your network and daily activities NPreferred BackgroundnCandidates with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in any of the following areas will be preferred: N
- Social media management— handling pages, groups, communities across platforms N
- Community building and engagement — online or on-ground N
- WhatsApp Community or Group management at scale N
- Influencer management or creator network handling N
- NGO or development sector work involving grassroots community engagement NThe ideal candidate is someone who has built something from scratch — a community, a network, a following — and knows what it takes to keep people engaged over time. NEducationnGraduate in any discipline. Education is secondary — the right personality and network matters more. N
