Job DescriptionT-Hub is looking for a driven and execution-focused professional to manage accelerator and innovation programs with corporates, startups, and global ecosystem partners. NThe role involves end-to-end program execution, stakeholder management, startup engagement, reporting, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced innovation environment. N n Key Responsibilities Nn Lead execution ofcorporate and international accelerator programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met. N Act as the primary SPOCfor corporates, startups, mentors, and ecosystem partners. N Drive startup onboarding, engagement, mentor coordination, and progress tracking. N Maintain program documentation, reports, trackers, dashboards, and client updates. N Collaborate across internal teams (partnerships, marketing, ops, legal, finance) and manage execution escalations. Nn n Ideal Candidate Profile N nExperiencennBachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, or related fields. N 5+ years of experience in program management, corporate innovation, accelerators/incubators, consulting, or startup ecosystem roles.



N Robust stakeholder management, communication, and execution capabilities. N Experience working withstartups, corporates, or innovation programs is preferred.
