- Handle voice support for international customers
- Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot issues and provide quick, accurate solutions
- Follow quality standards and process guidelines What we’re looking for:
- Excellent verbal communication (English)




- Customer‑centric attitude and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and fast‑paced setting Mandatory documents (Originals + copies):

- Any 2 govt photo IDs (PAN/Aadhar/Voter ID/Passport)
