We're building our AI video production capability from the ground up — a 0-to-1, highly experimental role where storytelling, prompting, and visual consistency matter far more than traditional filmmaking. If you love pushing AI tools to their limits and turning imperfect outputs into polished, emotional content, you'll fit right in. N WHAT YOU'LL DO Nn Break scripts into AI-generatable scenes, shots, characters, and locations N Create AI visual & video assets: characters, backgrounds, keyframes, and emotional moments N Hold consistency acrosscharacters, costumes, locations, mood, and scene continuity N Experiment relentlesslywith prompts, references, and AI workflows to push quality higher N Help build and optimizeour internal AI production process, working closely with editors and the creative team Nn WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Nn Genuine passion for AI tools and creative experimentation N A strong sense of what makes content engaging and emotionally impactful N Comfort with prompting,iteration, and working through imperfect AI outputs N Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, startup-style (0-to-1)
