Role and ResponsibilitiesExternal Packaging Innovationo Drive packaging innovation by liaising with external packaging solution providers, suppliers, and technology partners.o Scout, evaluate, and implement emerging packaging technologies aligned with patient-centricity, cost efficiency, and regulatory expectations.o Manage vendor collaborations from concept development through industrialization and scale-up.Sustainability & Lifecycle Managemento Champion sustainable packaging solutions across NPI and LCM projects, including material reduction, recyclability, and eco-design.o Ensure alignment with corporate sustainability goals and evolving environmental regulations.o Lead value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives without compromising quality or compliance.Packaging Safety & Complianceo Ensure packaging safety by proactively addressing risks related to nitrosamines, PFAS, extractables, and leachable.o Drive compliance with global regulatory, pharmacopeial, and quality standards.o Partner with Quality,



Regulatory, and EHS teams to ensure robust risk assessments and mitigation strategies.Product Security & Anti-Counterfeitingo Implement and maintain anti-counterfeiting and product security features such as serialization, tamper evidence, and traceability solutions.o Strengthen supply chain integrity and safeguard patient safety through secure packaging designs.o Collaborate with global security, manufacturing, and commercial teams to deploy scalable solutions.Cross-Functional Leadershipo Work closely with R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of packaging projects.o Lead technical documentation, vendor qualification, and change management activities.Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building within the packaging function.
