We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive sales growth and market expansion for Philippine Airlines under STIC GSA Services Pvt.

Ltd.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, strengthening relationships with travel trade partners and corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets in the capacity of Manager Sales .

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Target Achievement and Business Development: Take responsibility for achieving the assigned quarterly and annual targets set by the company.

Actively seek new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue through trade/ corporate / mice / leisure business. 2.

Market Expansion and Penetration: Increase the market share and penetration of Philippine Airlines under STIC GSA representation in the allocated region through strategic sales and promotional activities.





Coordinate marketing activities in the region with the manager to effectively reach target audiences and attract new customers. 3 .

Relationship Management and Sales Promotion: Maintain solid relationships with business partners, B2B travel agents, Leisure and MICE agents and regularly conduct sales visits to promote all the Airlines under STIC GSA.

Ensure that all business partners in the region are regularly visited and updated with the latest information about all the Airline products and services.

Represent the airline in important events and trade meetings to enhance brand visibility and promote sales.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree 10 years of experience in airline passenger sales or a similar sales role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office
