Position: Senior Architect Role Overview: We are looking for a creative, motivated, Architect to work on Iconic Projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, proficiency in architectural software, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environmen t.

Key Responsibiliti es: • Prepare architectural drawings and presentati ons.• Participate in client meetings and translate requirements into design conce pts.• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants on design and documentat ion.• Conduct site visits and prepare reports for ongoing proje cts.• Prepare working drawings and construction documents in compliance with local building codes and standa rds.• Help coordinate drawings across different disciplines (structural, MEP,



interio rs).• Maintain accurate project records and drawing s ets.

Skills & Experience Requ ired: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.

Arch or equival ent).10 to 12 years of experience in architectural design or practice (internships inclu ded).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch

Up, Revit, and Adobe Creative S uite.

Valuable understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and building mater ials.

Basic knowledge of local building codes and construction met hods.

Strong communication and presentation sk ills.

Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects under supervi sion.
