Job Description We are looking for a creative and confident Video Ad Creator (Performance Marketing) to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, have a strong understanding of performance marketing creatives, and be capable of planning, scripting, shooting, and recording high-converting video advertisements for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities Create engaging and high-performing video advertisements for Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

Act as the on-screen presenter/actor in ad videos whenever required.

Develop compelling video concepts and conversion-focused scripts based on campaign objectives.

Plan and execute video shoots with appropriate camera angles, lighting, framing, and composition.

Record high-quality videos suitable for digital advertising platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop fresh ad creatives that improve campaign performance.

Stay updated with the latest social media, advertising, and short-form video trends.





Continuously test and optimize creative ideas to maximize engagement and conversions.

Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).

Freshers with strong creative skills and confidence on camera are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in content creation, video production, advertising, or digital marketing is an advantage.

Required Skills Confident personality with excellent on-camera presentation skills.

Strong understanding of camera angles, framing, lighting, and shot composition.

Ability to record high-quality videos using cameras or smartphones.

Good scriptwriting skills for engaging and conversion-driven advertisements.

Understanding of Meta, Instagram, You

Tube, and Google Ads creative trends.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate cutting-edge ad concepts consistently.

Preferred Skills Knowledge of video editing software, motion graphics, or visual effects.

Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and digital advertising campaigns.
