Job Description: The Production Skilled and Technical Coordinator positions may be treated as priority and specialized appointments rather than routine replacements.

The required personnel must possess demonstrated experience in: Production planning and execution of large-scale institutional events.

Sound, lighting, LED walls, stage infrastructure and live-streaming systems.

Technical vendor identification, negotiation, deployment and performance monitoring.

Preparation and scrutiny of technical specifications, BOQs and production layouts.

On-site troubleshooting and execution under compressed timelines.

Simultaneous management of multiple venues and event requirements.

Maintenance of event-wise production records, inventories, rate cards and vendor databases.

Required Skills & qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1–3 years of experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service orientation.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving and organizational skills.
