About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential interior design projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with excellent client management skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality turnkey home interior projects.

You will play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences while driving design excellence and project success.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects from concept to final handover.

Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and design requirements.

Develop space plans, layouts, mood boards, 3D concepts, and design presentations.

Prepare detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and execution documents.

Create Bills of Quantities (BoQs), material specifications, and cost estimates.

Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams to ensure timely execution.





Ensure high-quality design deliverables while maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Support sales closures by presenting compelling design solutions and building customer trust.

Mentor and guide junior designers while fostering collaboration across teams.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior design.

Experience delivering 10 turnkey or full-home residential projects .

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch

Up, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, MS Power

Point, and MS Office .

Strong knowledge of modular furniture, materials, civil works, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and site execution.

Experience in BoQ preparation, project coordination, and vendor management.

Preferred Skills Excellent design aesthetics and space planning abilities.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Leadership and mentoring experience.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding design experiences.
