Role & Responsibilities: → Craft brand voice, tone & messaging for us and our clients → Write taglines, brand stories, captions, scripts & content across different domains → Build & maintain tone-of-voice guides so every brand stays consistent → Work directly with clients — understand their brand, pitch ideas, take feedback → Coordinate with design & marketing teams for smooth execution → Stay updated with trends, culture & what's working (and what's cringe)



→ Brainstorm creative campaign ideas & taglines that stick Must Have: → Strong copywriting branding skills (not just performance/ad copy) → A portfolio that shows you can build a voice, not just write good lines → Experience working directly with clients (agency background a plus) → Ability to manage multiple brands & content calendars → Solid communication & creative thinking skills → Comfortable presenting & defending your creative choices Bonus: → Experience building a brand voice from scratch or leading a rebrand → Basic understanding of social media management .
