Role Description The Medical Education Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

This role is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering medical education programs for healthcare professionals, with a focus on Adlife’s orthopedic and sports medicine portfolio.

Day-to-day activities include designing training curricula, organizing workshops and seminars, preparing educational materials, and coordinating with medical affairs and commercial teams to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

The Medical Education Manager will work closely with key opinion leaders, clinicians,



and internal stakeholders to identify educational needs, manage program logistics, and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.

The role also entails managing budgets related to medical education activities, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Medical Education and Medicine, with experience designing and delivering clinical or product-focused training programs.

Experience in Medical Affairs, including collaboration with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to ensure scientific integrity of educational content.

Proven ability in Training, including facilitating workshops, seminars, and hands-on sessions for diverse healthcare audiences.

Demonstrated skills in Budgeting related to educational programs, including planning, tracking, and optimizing resource utilization.

Relevant academic background such as a degree in medicine, life sciences, pharmacy, or allied health; advanced qualifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, medical devices, or healthcare marketing is highly beneficial.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong professional relationships.

Solid organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on outcomes and compliance.
