The Sales Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the university's brand shop, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and promoting official university merchandise.

The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to maintain an attractive retail workplace.

Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and visitors. Promote and sell official university merchandise, including apparel, accessories, stationery, gifts, and souvenirs. Process billing, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately. Maintain stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits. Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, sales events, and university functions.



Prepare daily sales reports and maintain transaction records. Coordinate with vendors and the procurement team regarding merchandise availability. Ensure compliance with university policies and retail procedures. Learning about the brand and its products on a regular basis.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
