Position: Regional Manager – South India Division: Energy Products Job Location: Bangalore / Chennai Role Overview Our client, a leading medical devices manufacturing firm, is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager – South to lead sales operations for its Energy Products division.

The role involves driving regional revenue growth, managing and developing high-performing sales teams, and strengthening market presence across the South region of India.

Regions Covered Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh Key Responsibilities •Own and drive sales performance and revenue targets for the South regions Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team of minimum 4 to 5 members.

Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, channel partners,



and distributors Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration for energy products Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements Ensure effective forecasting, reporting, and review of sales performance Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to support growth initiatives.

Education & Experience MBA in Marketing (preferred) Minimum 10 years of total experience , with significant exposure to sales of energy products Proven experience in managing large geographies and leading sales teams Key Skills & Competencies Solid experience in selling energy products Demonstrated capability in team leadership and people management Strategic thinking with strong execution skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions
