Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor Location: Bengaluru Type: Full-time Role Overview We’re seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join the marketing team at illumine.

You will help bring our brand stories to life through edited video content, dynamic motion graphics, animated social assets and more.

You’ll work closely with the content creators, designers, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders, turning concepts into polished final deliverables that support our global growth.

Key Responsibilities Edit raw footage and assemble it into engaging short-form and long-form videos (for social, website, webinars, product demos).

Design and animate motion graphics, kinetic typography, transitions, lower-thirds, intros/outros, to elevate video execution.

Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers and marketing leads on storyboards, style-frames and visual concepting.

Maintain brand consistency: adhere to brand guidelines (visual style, motion style, typography, colour) and apply across video outputs.

Optimize final video assets for multiple platforms (Linked

Tok, website) including correct formats, size, aspect-ratio, motion length.

Manage media and project files: asset organisation, version control, media backup.

Stay updated on motion graphics and video editing trends, AI tools and best practices; bring fresh ideas to the team to elevate our visual output.

Required Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics (ideally 3 years) Solid portfolio showing motion graphics video editing work (animated logo sequences, social video ads, explainer videos, etc).

Mastery of industry-standard tools: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalent AI tools that give similar outputs) Strong design fundamentals: composition, colour theory, typography, motion timing and storytelling.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience working in SaaS or B2B marketing context (preferably globally).
