Lead - Copywriter - Job Description As a Lead - Copywriter, you will be responsible for shaping Kushal's brand voice and leading the development of compelling campaigns, content and communication across all customer touchpoints.

Write and oversee copy for brand films, campaign films, launch campaigns, social media, website content, email marketing and retail communication .

Develop impactful taglines, headlines, scripts, campaign messaging and calls-to-action .

Performance & Consumer Communicatio nDevelop and oversee conversion-focused copy for performance ads, landing pages, CRM communication, promotional campaigns and website content .

Partner with performance marketing teams to create messaging that balances brand storytelling with business objectives .

Translate consumer insights, market trends and cultural moments into relevant and engaging communication .

Candidate Prof ile

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related fie ld.8–12 years of experience in copywriting, brand communication, advertising, content strategy or a similar ro le.

Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, luxury, jewellery or consumer brands is preferr ed.

Strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, scripts, social content, brand films and integrated marketing campaig ns.

Proven experience leading or mentoring copywriters and collaborating with cross-functional creative tea ms.

Excellent command of written English with solid conceptual and communication skil ls.

Understanding of both brand-building and performance-driven conte nt.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and creative environme nt.
