Key Responsibilities: • Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities for US clients • Record and categorize financial transactions in Quick

Books • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Prepare invoices and monitor collections • Maintain general ledger accounts and journal entries • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities • Prepare financial reports,



including profit and loss statements and balance sheets • Maintain accurate supporting documentation and accounting records • Coordinate directly with US clients and internal stakeholders • Ensure compliance with established US accounting procedures and client requirements Required Qualifications: • Prior US accounting experience supporting US-based clients • Robust hands-on experience with Quick

Books Online and/or Quick
