Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layouts for open plots projects.
- Draft plotting layouts, road networks, drainage, and utility plans.
- Modify and update drawings based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, survey, and project teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with DTCP/RERA/local authority guidelines.
- Maintain drawing records and revisions properly.
- Visit project sites if required for measurements and updates.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.
- Good knowledge of plotting layouts and land development drawings.
- Understanding of DTCP approvals and basic civil drawings.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Ability to work within deadlines.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / B. Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Certification in AutoCAD is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4-8 Years experience in real estate or open plots projects.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
