The ideal candidate should have established relationships with key client stakeholders and POCs, with hands-on experience working with clients such as TCS, Tech Mahindra (TechM), Virtusa, Wipr o Key Responsibiliti es

Manage and grow relationships with existing SI client s.

Develop and maintain strong connections with client POCs, hiring managers, and decision-maker s.

Generate new business opportunities within assigned account s.

Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements within agreed timeline s.

Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring needs and strengthen business relationship s.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely delivery and quality servic e.

Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract discussions when require d.

Monitor account performance,



identify growth opportunities, and achieve revenue target s.

Prepare account reports, business forecasts, and pipeline updates for managemen t.

Required Skills & Experie nce3–8 years of experience as an Account Manager in the US Staffing indust ry.

Mandatory experience handling SI clients such as Tech Mahindra (TechM), Virtusa, Wi p ro, OR TCSStrong network of client POCs and hiring manage rs.

Demonstrated ability to generate business and expand existing accoun ts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skil ls.

Ability to work collaboratively with recruiting and delivery tea ms.

Robust understanding of the US staffing lifecycle and client management process es.

Preferred Qualificat ions

Experience managing enterprise or strategic accou nts.

Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targ ets.
