Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational week offs .

Typing speed of 50 WPM or above with 90% accuracy .

Strong web navigation and internet research skills.

Basic troubleshooting knowledge.

Ability to multitask and efficiently switch between multiple screens, tools, and applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
