Wave, we are looking for passionate instructors who can teach and mentor students in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Competitive Programming, and problem-solving.

The primary focus of this role is to help students develop strong coding skills, improve algorithmic thinking, and prepare for technical interviews and software engineering careers.

Wave Office spaces in Hyderabad Working days: 6 days a week Type of employment: Full-Time Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Previous teaching or training experience in Computer Science.

Passion for teaching and mentoring, with a commitment to student success.

Sound knowledge of AI tools & their integrations Key Responsibilities: Deliver daily in-person classroom training on DSA or relevant subjects.

Design, develop, and implement learning activities, materials, and resources that align with industry standards.

Provide personalized learning experiences by understanding student needs and delivering tailored support throughout the program.

Actively assist and resolve student queries and issues promptly, providing mentorship and guidance.

Contribute to curriculum development and improvements based on student feedback and industry trends.

Continuously develop and demonstrate a teaching philosophy that inspires student learning.

Review student deliverables for accuracy and quality.

Handle a class size of 70-100 students, ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes.

Stay current with professional development in both pedagogy and software development practices.

Review and ensure the accuracy and quality of all deliverables, maintaining high standards and consistency across all content.
