Regional Operations Manager – Spa & Wellness (Multi-Unit Operations) Location: Hyderabad (Travel Across India) Company: Ode by Ridhira About Ode by Ridhira Ode Spa / Ode Maison is one of India's fastest-growing luxury wellness brands and the wellness arm of the Ridhira Group.

With 16 premium locations and an expanding member base, we are rapidly growing across airports, luxury hotels, premium malls, and high-street destinations.

We're looking for a highly driven Regional Operations Manager to lead multiple spa locations, drive profitability, elevate guest experience, and support our expansion journey.

Role Overview This is a hands-on, field-intensive leadership role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, profitability, service excellence, and team performance across multiple spa centres.

Key Responsibilities Own the complete P&L; for assigned spa locations, including revenue, cost control, EBITDA, and profitability.

Drive revenue growth through membership sales, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and improved customer conversion.

Improve key operational metrics including ABV, therapist productivity, utilisation, occupancy, and guest retention.

Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, treatment protocols, hygiene standards, guest safety, and service quality benchmarks.

Monitor customer satisfaction through NPS and mystery audits while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage therapists and front office teams while controlling attrition and improving productivity.

Manage operations across different business formats including airport, hotel, mall, and high-street locations.

Oversee inventory, retail products, linen management,



procurement, and shrinkage control.

Ensure statutory, lease, GST, and operational compliance across all assigned centres.

Support new spa launches, pre-opening activities, fit-outs, and operational readiness.

Preferred Candidate Profile 6–10 years of experience in multi-unit or cluster operations.

Background in Spa, Salon, Wellness, Aesthetic Clinics, Premium Retail, Hospitality, or Consumer Services.

Experience managing 3 or more outlets with full P&L; responsibility.

Solid understanding of membership or subscription-driven business models.

Comfortable travelling 60% across locations.

Hands-on leadership style with excellent operational execution.

Strong analytical skills with experience using POS, CRM, dashboards, and roster management systems such as Zenoti, Zoho, or similar platforms.

Preferred Experience Airport, hotel, mall, or premium retail operations.

Managing teams of 50 employees.

Experience in pre-opening and new unit launches.
