The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, team handling experience, and the ability to manage client expectations while delivering high-quality residential projects.

Location: Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bhubaneshwar Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of interior designers Oversee end-to-end residential design projects Ensure timely project delivery with high design standards Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions Review layouts, drawings, and design concepts Coordinate with sales, execution,



and project teams Mentor and guide designers to improve performance and productivity Requirements: Prior experience as a Design Manager / Team Lead in Interior Design Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch
