Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai Compensation: Up to ₹40,000 CTC per month (based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance) About the Role Union Living is seeking a Residence Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential properties while delivering an outstanding resident experience.

This role requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional who can oversee property operations, lead on-ground teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure consistent service excellence across the residence.

Key Responsibilities Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the residence.

Supervise and manage on-ground teams, including housekeeping, security, maintenance staff, and external vendors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents by ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.

Drive high standards of service quality and resident satisfaction.

Oversee facility management, maintenance planning, and operational compliance.

Coordinate with internal departments to support occupancy, resident engagement initiatives, and operational efficiency.

Monitor property upkeep, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company operating procedures.

Track operational performance,



identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices.

Prepare operational reports and ensure smooth communication with management.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Information This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and overall fit for the role.
