The Role

We're hiring a Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue and partnerships across the US & UK markets. You'll own the pipeline end to end — from finding and qualifying opportunities to closing mid-market and enterprise deals — and work with our technical team to shape tailored automation solutions.

What you'll do

- Generate and qualify new business through Linked In, email, and research
- Own the sales pipeline and forecast accurately in the CRM
- Lead client calls, demos, and proposals; close mid-market and enterprise deals




- Partner with technical and product teams to scope automation solutions
- Refine go-to-market strategy using market and performance insights

What you bring

- Proven B2B business development experience, ideally in SaaS, automation, or tech services
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into transparent business value
- Hands-on CRM and sales-tooling experience
- Self-driven, comfortable in a remote, cross-functional team

Nice to have

- Experience selling no-code/low-code or integration solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
